I then watched her proceed to put a clean robe and bottle of water in it, and hang a little sign that says something like 'this locker has been cleaned and sanitized'. I happened to go back to my locker to get something and I heard a staffer say to a departing guest 'which locker were you using because I need to clean it'. The spa staff were not at all friendly or helpful. Seemed like an accident waiting to happen. The spa appeared to be clean, although I was surprised at the lack of care to the very wet floors. However, for the hundreds of dollars I spent at the spa, I expect much more. I give MUCH leeway regarding these things, and am thankful for the opportunity to do things like this again. I understand the limitations regarding safety and staffing issues. I fully realize the current state of our world.
This is definitely not my favorite, but I've always had a good experience. I have been here (to the spa) before, as well as all of the other spas in AC hotels. My friend and I came here for the day to visit the spa.
